Family Day

Yesterday, the girls and I had to opportunity to visit Becky. It turned out to be family day. There was a ropes course that we all participated in. As we went through different activites, we learned lessons that were truly worthwhile and had alot of fun. It was wonderful to participate in activities with Becky and watch her smile, laugh and compete.

After the activities, we had a chance to visit. Becky talked about her accomplishments of the past week and her hopes of the coming week. She expressed some fears about coming home and being able to maintain the way of life that she is learning at the Center of Change. We offered her our love and support. We also expressed, and truly believe, that no one on this earth has more determination to reach their goals than she does.

We cherished this time with her. What a beautiful daughter of our Heavenly Father she is; and what blessing it is for Nelson and all of us to have her a part of our family.
